My flight was very early and I arrived in Hanoi at 7:40A.M. The hotel check in is 2pm, but the hotel granted my request to arrange their car to pick me up at the airport at 7:40 and allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel. However, since my arrival to Hanoi was right after storm Yagi, I couldn't go out and was gonna wait at the lobby until check in time, but Miss Joy was kind enough to allow me to check in earlier cause of perhaps how I looked haha🙂 Miss Joy and her counterpart for the next shift(sadly I didn't get his name) made sure my stay was comfortable. They helped me with everything I needed. The room itself is also very cozy, especially the bed I requested🙂the breakfast was also outstanding. You can also find many small shops where you can eat around the hotel. So I am very satisfied that I chose their hotel.

For example, they suggested where I can go to swim and the best local place for trying spring rolls. The breakfast was delicious- everyday fresh and tasty! The rooms were clean. The Aircon and shower were fully functional. The view does not feature a lake, but it's still nice - overlooking the neighbouring houses and streets. It was also convenient to be offered a laundry service, for a very reasonable price, with same day pick up. The location of the property is superb! It's quiet at night but the lake and the French quarter are all a walkable distance away- perfect combo! Overall, given the service of the staff, the breakfast and the location, I am satisfied :)

The manager gave us her contact and helped us with everything such as tours, transportation, SIM cards, etc. Always keeping it very professional but making us feel at home. Room - big and with all the facilities needed. Bed was really comfortable. Cleaning - clean and smelling good. Breakfast - typical Vietnamese buffet but also with good western/american choices. Location - very good on a more relaxed area of Hanoi but just 20min walking from the old quarter.
