La Santé Hotel & Spa

It was a nice room with a bench and small sofa which we liked a lot. The room had a double bed and an extra single for my son and some room to spare. There was a window that you could open which made it pleasant. The staff was very helpful and was even willing to ship shoes that were left on accident. They went over and beyond in this matter. The breakfast area was comfortable and clean. It was in a perfect location for food choices and close to the lake for walking.

My flight was very early and I arrived in Hanoi at 7:40A.M. The hotel check in is 2pm, but the hotel granted my request to arrange their car to pick me up at the airport at 7:40 and allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel. However, since my arrival to Hanoi was right after storm Yagi, I couldn't go out and was gonna wait at the lobby until check in time, but Miss Joy was kind enough to allow me to check in earlier cause of perhaps how I looked haha🙂 Miss Joy and her counterpart for the next shift(sadly I didn't get his name) made sure my stay was comfortable. They helped me with everything I needed. The room itself is also very cozy, especially the bed I requested🙂the breakfast was also outstanding. You can also find many small shops where you can eat around the hotel. So I am very satisfied that I chose their hotel.

Location was perfect, friendly helpful staff, modern well appointed room and bath. The included breakfast buffet is delicious and includes authentic Vietnamese dishes. The massage I received through arrangement of the hotel was excellent.

It's a small hotel in a residential area near West lake. At first look, you will be disappointed, but the rooms have all the amenities that you would expect. Breakfast is good although the refill is a little slow. The best thing about the hotel I liked is their service. I requested for a late check out and they considered it immediately. I liked the shower as the water flow was good.
